Hi, I'm Hanna
A few years ago I crashed. Burnout, depression, an acute stress reaction - my body and mind just stopped and I didn't leave my couch for weeks. I'd felt it coming for a long time and I hadn't listened, just kept pushing and forcing and going until there was nothing left.
Eight months before that crash I had already decided to Princify my life, to completely immerse myself in the art of living a life in purple. I knew it was what I needed. But I was still doing it the old way, forcing it from the outside while everything on the inside was falling apart.
And then I crashed and I had no choice but to stop.
What followed was slow and hard and necessary. And somewhere in the middle of it I realised that healing and Princifying were the same thing. Listening to myself. Making room for what actually mattered. Letting the music back in.
I didn't realise that's what I was doing until I was already doing it.
